Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA15
After the Nohtaka booth, I knew I had to eat something, so I went to the basement and bought some yakitori (grilled chicken) 🐣.
There was a corner of rice balls made from Niigata's new rice in the Sake-no-jin, and I was quite tempted to try them, but I was determined not to eat carbohydrates... so I held back.
It was my first time to visit the Takano Sake Brewery.
I think I've seen the sake itself somewhere, but I've never had it 🤔.
I wonder if they took the name from Fubuki Koshiji or if the sake came first?
I drank
Koshiji Fukiyuki Junmai 70
Clear and tasty...
Koshiji Fukiyuki Daiginjo 50
Hmmm, subtle
Koshijifuki Aki-agari Junmai Ginjo
Slightly ripe, but not too assertive, so it's good for mid-meal 🤔.
I wanted to ask about the origin of the brand name, but I didn't feel like I could since they were dealing with another brewery that wasn't seated, so I left 💦.
