Gambare Chachan is a private brand of Niigata Sake Brewery, which was also present at this event.

Sweet, but a little nutty.
Special Junmai Echigofu
Limited to Niigata. More modern than expected. Easy to drink.
I'm planning to bring Ganbare Dad sometime to an off-line meeting, but I'm afraid I'll get beaten up or banned 🤣.
