This may be the first time I've even heard of Echino Hakugan 🤔.

Koshinohakugan Kuromatsu
Mild but tasty and delicious!
I think it's either a regular sake or a honjozo, but it was delicious 😋.
Junmai
It's like adding lemon and citrus to Kuromatsu.
Koshino Heki Junmai Ginjo
Hmmm, subtle...
Koshinohiragane Junmai Daiginjo Hiyoroshi, unfiltered, bottle-warmed and fired.
It seems to be a pure sake. Fruity, umami, and delicious.
Junmai Daiginjo Hiyoroshi, unfiltered. I had a hunch it would be good, so I took advantage of the moment when Nemuchi tried to pass it by and drank it 😁.

Koshinohakugan Daiginjo Vintage 2014
Even Daiginjo tastes good after 10 years.
This time I thought Niigata sake has many good breweries of regular sake and honjozo 🤔.
