I drank
Junmai
Delicious with a strong umami flavor.
Cold wholesale special junmai matured sake
Easy to drink without the sense of aging, but not as good as Junmai.
Surprised at the low price of both!
The only thing that was a little bit of a problem was that the staff at the brewery didn't talk much except when I asked them a question...
I don't know if it was because the sake was too expensive, but they didn't offer any tasting.
The lack of motivation was really apparent 🤔.
The Junmai was delicious, but I didn't buy it for that reason💦.
I've been to worse places after this 😅.
