It was recommended by a shop assistant and I bought it because it was a seasonal product. The rice polishing ratio is 65%, but the taste is clear and uncluttered. The sourness comes first, and then the sweetness. The aftertaste is quite refreshing. The aftertaste is quite refreshing and dry. It was a new type for me. The "Natsu Junmai Nama" is not a fluke. I was able to compare three kinds of sake from the same brewery, and this one was the most suitable for me, so I took it home with me. The clerk who explained it to me said that it's a vintage sake that's been aged for a year, which makes it more tender and delicious. I'm sure you'll like it. I'm not going to open it today, but I'm going to drink it slowly on my day off.

I had Kamotsuru and Kikuhime on the same day, but Yuki no Kayasha was the sweetest. Even though it was sweet, the aftertaste was so smooth that it made me feel like I was on top of the world. I drank it all immediately. I would like to buy it again.
