I had the impression that the ori was not that precipitated, but when I mixed it, it turned a nice cloudy white. The attack is strong and acidic, with a melon-like aroma and flavor that spreads. The aroma is a bit floral, which I am not a fan of. I wonder if this is an off-flavor? I think there was a theory that cemedines were off-flavors to begin with. Is it super dry? No, no. The sweetness and umami spread out and then it suddenly snapped. The preceding umami sweetness is not so common in akabaku. I wonder what the liquor stores that are making fun of Aruzoe are trying to do? It's so delicious... Tenmei純米吟醸 秋あがり50 本生 生純吟純米吟醸生酒ひやおろし パーム農家Tenmei's first autumn harvest. Autumn harvest in its purest form. The aroma is slightly reminiscent of apples. The acidity, umami, and sweetness are well developed and very tasty. Compared to when it was only Miyamanishiki, it has become really easy to drink. It is a wonderful bottle. After drinking it last year, it has become an indispensable autumn sake. Tensei吟望 秋おりがらみ 純米酒純米ひやおろしおりがらみ パーム農家My first, and for several years my love affair with Tianqing. It is also my favorite autumn sake. And it's an orikarami.
A clean rice aroma. Contrary to my expectations, it is a solid sake. This was a pleasant miscalculation. Although it has a strong alcohol taste, it has a sweet sake-like atmosphere, making it the perfect sake for the fall season. I would definitely like to repeat this after the weather turns a little more autumn-like. But even in Kanagawa, the atmosphere is different between the mountains and the sea. Is it any wonder? I had a corona infection and was not ready for sake, but the fever has finally gone down and the urticaria is gone, so I decided to have a bottle of this one. Hmmm? The aroma is almost imperceptible. I could only taste bitterness and astringency. Either this is the kind of sake or my sense of taste has gone crazy. I'm scared. It's fine if it's this kind of alcohol, but what if the aroma and taste of alcohol have become strange to me? パーム農家Mutsu Hachisen wine yeast brewing. It is light, refreshing, and a little crisp on the tongue, like a white wine. It is quite tasty. I didn't know Mutsu Hachisen had such a different kind of wine.
I didn't know there was still a good liquor store near my house.
