Mutsu Hachisen wine yeast brewing. It is light, refreshing, and a little crisp on the tongue, like a white wine. It is quite tasty. I didn't know Mutsu Hachisen had such a different kind of wine.
I didn't know there was still a good liquor store near my house. They had Bakuren and Kuroryu, and I was about to do a little dance in the store because they had Kanagawa sake [Takashi] and [Tensei], which I couldn't find at the liquor store I know well.
