My first, and for several years my love affair with Tianqing. It is also my favorite autumn sake. And it's an orikarami.
A clean rice aroma. Contrary to my expectations, it is a solid sake. This was a pleasant miscalculation. Although it has a strong alcohol taste, it has a sweet sake-like atmosphere, making it the perfect sake for the fall season. I would definitely like to repeat this after the weather turns a little more autumn-like. But even in Kanagawa, the atmosphere is different between the mountains and the sea. Is it any wonder?
