My partner's partner tonight is Tenmei's Nakadori Zero, which I ended up buying again this year. Will I go up to corporal again this season? It's a question I have to ask myself. This fall we had the good fortune to be able to enjoy the new Mizuho Koganei rice, and it was wonderfully delicious. As for the sake...it too is delicious. It has a grapefruit-like aroma and a fruity taste with a combination of acidity, umami, and sweetness. Mizuho Koganei is delicious to eat and delicious as sake...but that is an overestimation of the rice alone. I am grateful for the brewer's thoughts and the skill to give shape to them. It looks like it will go all the way to the corporal.

But buddy... it's never a mannerism but a self homage to a known feeling in the episodes we see for the first time. The Nakadori series isn't a rut either, it follows the concept but it's a new drink every time.
