(^o^)After watching Kingdom, I looked for a hot and cool place and found a corner bar. I found a corner bar and had a drink there.
This is the Yamagata series from last month.
This one has a strong taste. It is mellow, almost like amazake with refreshing water. The aroma of koji leaves in your throat. I like it. It's close to Omi sake but with a refreshing taste.
This makes my mind buzz that there are other delicious sake in this store. ようじろうYamada-Nishiki Junmai-Ginjo, directly pressed at the tank, unfiltered, raw and unpasteurized
Alcohol 17%.
The rice flavor is soft and fluffy, but relatively dry.
There is no gassiness. ようじろうIt happened to be the first glass opened, but the cork flew out so vigorously that the staff screamed!
Fresh, yet gentle and elegant. PH1969Gentle taste, refreshing, rounded sweetness. uuuDelicious is the only word that comes to mind.
