8/23 I got it. After the first glass of Sawaya Matsumoto Shorihari. Sawaya Matsumoto is a straightforward sake. Stable taste. This one has a little bit of character. It is said to be dry, but it is sweet. This salty-sweet flavor is quite good.
I will ask for it again the next time I have a chance to taste it.
