Jusui Junmai Ginjo O-Nigori Harajuku Yogurt-like sweetness and acidity. This is what nigori is like: ...... I love it, but I wouldn't recommend it to people who like dry sake: ...... Koeikiku Sukai Seikai Special Junmai Koeikiku is one of my Top 5 favorite sake! I went to Saga to buy it! Petit acidity, umami, fruity ...... delicious ！！！！ I think it's less sour than the Kouei Kiku I've had so far: ...... (Sunburst, Snow Crescent, etc.). It goes well with sashimi and other dishes!

Junmai Ginjo Mizubasho This is a very good quality sake! A bottle is less than 3,000 yen, tasty, goes well with sashimi, and = great! It doesn't have the "petit" taste, but it has a strong umami and a sharp aftertaste...it's good. I have been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately, but this is the first time in a long time that I have been impressed by its sharpness. I will have to repeat this! Koshi Limited Edition Nama Sake BYAKUYA Kouji's rare (in my opinion) sake with brewer's alcohol! I wondered how it would be, but it has a petit flavor (slightly carbonated), a strong umami, a gentle sweetness, and a nice sharpness. ...... I think this is one of the best Kouko's. I won't mention the price, but I'm sure it's good enough for other products.
