Koshi Junmai Ginjo Nama Natsu Nama
Kouko is never a miss...
It is gaseous and refreshing when opened, but has a strong sweetness.
The umami is the same as ever!
Kamikigen Hachitaro Namaemoto Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-genshu
My first Kamikimoto!
I don't know why I didn't drink it before: ......
I like the gasiness, the sharpness, the fruity feeling but also the acidity... I like it!
My favorite sake to drink at least once a year
Tenbi Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo Hakuten
Petit, slightly effervescent, full of umami, crisp and clean....
Too delicious...
It's been a little over 2 weeks since I opened it and it's still delicious and still has a little bit of the "puchi puchi" in it!
Tsukahotan Junmai Ginjo CEL-24 Sakasabotan
Sake bought at the sake brewery during the tour.
I like CEL-24 originally.
It is sweet and fruity with a nice sharpness, which is typical of Shibotan.
Drunken heart Junmai Ginjo Mu-pressure pressed
I bought this sake after tasting it.
Soft on the palate, crisp and easy to drink!
It's not fruity or anything, but the gentleness is pleasant.
Sanzui Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Nao Kumi
Easy to drink, sweet, umami, dark, and sharp. ......
Hmmm, I think I'm going to get hooked on this one!
My favorite 4 stars!
Seikagami Bangaishu Junmai Genshu K1801
Umami and dry
Sake with great sharpness
Fruity aroma
Easy to pair with sashimi and recommended for dry sake lovers
I love the slight fizzy feeling of the sake so much.
It has a petitish feeling, a little bit sweet, and the cork is fizzy.
