Koeikiku is one of my Top 5 favorite sake!

A bottle is less than 3,000 yen, tasty, goes well with sashimi, and = great!
It doesn't have the "petit" taste, but it has a strong umami and a sharp aftertaste...it's good.
I have been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately, but this is the first time in a long time that I have been impressed by its sharpness.
I will have to repeat this!

Koshi Limited Edition Nama Sake BYAKUYA
Kouji's rare (in my opinion) sake with brewer's alcohol!
