I have the impression that this sake is more suited to enjoying sake than to matching it with food because of its strong floral flavor.
It tastes better when it is chilled. (Cold to slightly cold).
It has a clean aftertaste and no lingering aftertaste.
It is so delicious that you end up drinking too much of it.
