Shinsei Sato Ubei
A bottle brought by a junior colleague from Akita
It was the first time for me to drink this rare bottle, which is almost exclusively available only to locals.
It was different from Shinmasa's image of a sake with a low alcohol content, but it was very drinkable while retaining the good aroma of the traditional sake.
It makes you want to drink it little by little!
