Gold medal in the heated sake contest, so it was served warm. Light. A little astringent, well-balanced. Slightly astringent, well balanced. Not distinctive, but not bad.
When chilled, it has a stronger acidity and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. It tastes better at room temperature. At room temperature, it has the aroma and taste of a simple junmai sake.
At room temperature. The mouthfeel is clean. It has good balance. It has a nice umami taste and a sharp aftertaste. There will be a repeat. I will check out other sakes.
At room temperature. Aroma of rice. It is light at first, but leaves a sour aftertaste. It has a full-bodied flavor, but it is not my favorite type of sake.
