It's a little yellow in color. Is it much sweeter than freshly squeezed? It's not as spicy as it should be, even though the sake content says it is. I think it's best to drink it cold. It's sweet and not too hard to drink, so I'd recommend it to people who aren't used to drinking it. If you're looking for a spicier taste, this may not be the drink for you.

It's been a while since I've seen Winter Moon in the store, so I bought some. It is a very strong sake. It's not too sweet, and it doesn't linger, so I personally like it very much. However, if you leave it for a while, it will lose its sharpness and become easier to drink.

Stable Hamamatsu. The sake from Akatake Shuzo is really stable. It is not too spicy, but sweet. It's not too sweet, but it has a nice sweetness that makes it easy to drink without lingering. I recommend this sake especially for beginners.

It's been a long time since I've had the Funanaka Hassaku. I wanted to drink a dry one, so I had a super dry one. It has a moderate bitterness and is a little short for a super dry sake, but It may be a calm type of Hiyaoroshi. The bitterness stays, so it's not bad for me personally... If you like dry sake, this is one of the sake I recommend!
