I have to admit that I have never had much Otafuku sake in Hiroshima and had a bad image of it, but after drinking this one, my impression changed at once 😳. Easy to drink and delicious! I would drink this again 🍶.

They made it from a rice called Hakutsuru-nishiki to surpass Yamada-nishiki as a raw material for sake😳. I was allowed to drink it while feeling his passion for sake! The aroma was rich and fruity😊.
