It pops with a sizzle when you open it! The sweetness and drinkability are just the way I like it! Imagining what it will taste like tomorrow! I had it with seafood gratin! A so-so pairing!

My wife bought it as part of a valuable sake set at a local liquor store. The first sip was refreshing and clean. It also has a slight milky flavor. It's like a "perfect balance". Even if I drink it the next day, it still tastes the same.

Preference Rating ☆☆☆☆ Junmai Ginjo with 50% polished Fukushima's "Yume no Kaori 1.8L 3,000 yen / 0.72L 1,500 yen Purchased at a liquor store in Iwaki City during a business trip to Fukushima. To be honest, it gave me a disappointing impression when I opened it. But the next day, the taste started to change and it became deeper and deeper. Now it is one of my favorite products.
