There was no distinctive nigori mouthfeel. It is my favorite type of sake. It's also a bit spicy, which is possible with Yamamoto! Drinking at home from Monday!

The first time I went to Fukushima, I was asked if they had any Collage. It is one of the things that I was offered. It is vol 3 of 3 times brewing. It is a bitterness and a bittersweetness when it is opened. I'm not sure what to expect, but it's not what I expected. But gradually, the taste gradually settles down. It is a product to be enjoyed with time.

My wife bought it as part of a valuable sake set at a local liquor store. The first sip was refreshing and clean. It also has a slight milky flavor. It's like a "perfect balance". Even if I drink it the next day, it still tastes the same.
