Today we had Nanbu Bijin (Southern Bijin) at my favorite restaurant, Kappo.
It was a nice sake that was refreshing and slightly fruity, and didn't interfere with the food.

Yamada Nishiki, which makes otter, was tossed with abalone liver sauce and served risotto style! The sake rice, which is shabby as it is, has a good water supply rate, so risotto style is just right for this dish!
Shinsei chocolate is more Shinsei than Shinsei ๐ซ.
And more expensive than Shinsei ๐คฃ.
Yonotori has been in the fridge for about 2 years, so let's drink it after another year or two ( หฯห )
