I bought a bottle at Michi no Eki Mabashi Akagi. I drank it for dinner as a food wine with strong flavored dishes, but it might be better with light flavored dishes or on its own.

The second cup at Uoro-Uoro-Sohonten. 4 choices of clean & dry in contrast to the first cup. It was a nice contrast to the firm and sweet Nabeshima!

The first drink at Uoro-Uoro-Sohonten at Kawasaki Station. They had sake representative of each prefecture. Since they were short on Kyushu sake, I looked up the brands from the two Kyushu ones and ordered the one that ranked higher 🙈It was sweet with a robust flavor, just like it said on the menu!

This is my fourth Tora and Sakura. I had two with red labels and this one was recommended to me as I thought I would like it better. Good sake taste and delicious, but I liked Tenmei the best of the day.
