ガツン系辛口の赤福助の季節限定酒。
生原酒だけあってフレッシュ感と甘みがある。コクはあるが乳酸感は薄くキレイな生酛。ツマミのカモの脂がとろけて超絶おいしい。
ひやおろしの頃にどう変化しているか楽しみだが、この味を秋まで覚えている自信はない。

いわゆるジャケ買い。不気味な笑顔に惹かれました。
スペックも精米歩合55%で、純米らしいってことしか分かりません。恐らく、特別純米生酛ってやつだと思われます。
肝心のお味ですが、休日の真っ昼間、競馬を観ながら呑むのにちょうど良い？なかなか骨太でしっかりとした旨辛。キレのあるお酒です。
アテはかっぱえびせんで、この塩っぱさにもちょうど良い。
ワンカップって、日本酒呑んでるなー感が増し、競馬も外れて、日本酒欲に火がついてしまいました。
当たっても同じでしようけどね笑
