CHOYO FUKU MUSUME Junmai Summer ver. Purchased at a sake brewery in Hagi City. They are good people. When it is included in the mouth assuming sweetness It is slightly sweet on the palate. It's a little sweet, but after that it's a little intense. The slight foam is refreshing and delicious! I drank it up immediately!

This is a Domaine Ki made in Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. I am very attached to this wine because it is made in Ube City, the same city as me! It has a mild, dry, dry taste with a nice crispness! It is simply easy to drink and delicious! Gori-san is of the same generation as me, so I hope he will do his best!

Yamazaru Drunk Monkey Miyamanishiki We visited the brewery in Atsusa since the opening of the brewery sometime ago. This is the first sake made from Miyamanishiki. We were recommended to drink it chilled. The aroma is mild and the taste is like water. But it's not dry? It's not dry? It's strange. I've been drinking it for a long time. It's a new Yamazaru, not the Yamazaru I've experienced before.

This is Miyoshi series of Abunotsuru. It was recommended by a liquor store in Hikoshima from Black. He told me that it is good to match with Japanese food - fish. (He also said Green is for western food). First of all, when I started drinking it, I imagined it was like Toyo Bijin, but it was totally different and I felt it had a different taste. I thought it was a bit of a disappointment and that I wouldn't be able to drink it much. However, when I drank it with sushi, it was a big hit!　I finished the whole bottle. I also enjoyed the sushi. It's a perfect match for fish. It's not just about drinking sake and talking about it. Drinking while eating changes your impression completely.

A rampaging lion! Cheap and tasty sake! Since it was recommended to me at a French restaurant in Yamaguchi, I have been drinking it as a food sake! It is not so dry as to be called super dry. It is refreshing, dry and watery! At 2,000 yen for a bottle, it's fine to drink it every day! If you can afford it, you can drink Mitsui no Kotobuki.

Kinjaku Junmai Ginjo 1.8l 3,500 yen It bought when it went out to Iwakuni-shi. The most inexpensive class, but not easy to get. Fruity aroma of pineapple, gorgeous as they say! The acidity, spiciness, and density are all just right! It's so good! when you put it in your mouth. During my visit to Iwakuni, I drank a lot of Iwakuni's local sake, starting with Ottersai, but I thought this one was the best. The best sake in Yamaguchi Prefecture is not Ottersai or Toyo Bijin, but Maybe it's Kinjaku!

I thought it would be a rare opportunity, so when I found it on my travels, I bought it without thinking twice! The sake level was +7, and I thought it was a bit drier than indicated! It has a good acidity level. It was a bit dry or a bit thick. At first I thought it didn't have much of an aroma. But if you drink it properly in a wine glass, the aroma will be nice! Yokoyama, I would like to drink a sweet one.

Michi's Raw Sake ver. When I want to drink dry sake, it's Mitsui no Kotobuki in my mind. I first picked this up because I like Sladan and the label caught my eye, but as an everyday sake, this is my favorite! It's dry and light, and I think it goes well with sashimi, nabemono, and just about any meal. I can't buy it very often, so when I see it, I buy it.

My first ever sake! It is a seasonal limited edition, so I tried it. The aroma is fruity, or is it from the flowery thought? The mouthfeel is a little sweet, but the acidity is strong. This is what it is! I'd like to try other kinds of Denshu too!
