Saku Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki 2021 This one is delicious! I roared! Comparing it with Nabeshima, it is more gorgeous, yet easy to drink, light in the mouth, yet elegant and complete. The label is also very cool! It's not easy to buy, so I wonder when I can drink it again! This is another sake I would recommend to others!

First time in the mountains, number one. It's very thick and rich. It hit me hard in the stomach. It smells a little like pineapple. But more than that, it has a rich taste. Is this the unique taste of unfiltered raw sake? It's not a sake to be drunk easily, but but sometimes you want to drink a sake with a punch like this.

The only Junmai Daiginjo in the Itsukashi Five series. It is fruity, but it is calm rather than intense. The aftertaste is light and very easy to drink. This is not good. I can't help but drink too much of it. The bottle will be empty before you know it!
