Junmai Daiginjo from Yoshinogawa, Shouwagura. This is good. It is like Senkori or Shinmasa, light and light with a gorgeous taste. It is wonderful.

Yoshinoyu, a Bikkuriman collaboration. It was the first time I drank it. It is a 28% polished sake, and although it is refreshingly dry, it does not have much alcohol. Elegant and dry. If you like dry sake, you should try it!

Hi Takeshi Kubojima. I've been trying to get a bottle of Masamune 😄I went to drink it after reading your post and was able to drink it just before it ran out. Thanks for posting the store. Thank you very much 🙏.
