Junmai, unfiltered, raw sake, 100% Kame-no-o, 2021 year old. I usually drink aged ones, so this might be my first time drinking a young one. I'm a light drinker, so I thought this would go well with rice.

Yamaguchi-ish and sweet! It can be enjoyed with rice or as a stand-alone dish. I feel it is suitable for when you are tired and want to have a quiet drink alone at night.

This was the main brand name before the Tobiroki brand. I hear that most of it is now sold within the prefecture.
It has a nice Hiroki-like flavor. It is delicious.

Refreshing and very easy to drink, quite suitable for sake beginners.
The aroma is green apple, with a slight effervescence, and the flavor is not too sake-like.
