It is neither too much nor too little. It is easy to drink, and as always goes well with nabe. I am the type of person who prefers to drink sake with warm dishes that have a good Japanese broth. Sake makes the nabe, the nabe makes the sake, and the sake makes the nabe, and the sake makes the nabe, and the sake makes the nabe, and the nabe makes the sake.

I ordered it at a tavern because it was "gently sweet"...sorry, not for me. It was so sweet that I almost threw up because I was full at the time. I felt nothing but sweetness. It was like amazake. I don't like amazake, so maybe I didn't taste it.

One sip and it tasted good right away! I thought. It seemed to have less of that feeling of being stuck in the throat that is characteristic of sake. It was easier to drink than Homare. It tasted great on its own and with food, but gradually the sweetness became too much for my taste buds... it felt too sugary and sticky. When I drank it later, I felt the same way. But it was really good at the beginning. Maybe tasting a small amount in a short time would suit me better.

For the first time, I felt that sake itself tasted good. It tasted even better on its own, of course, but also with nabe dishes using commercially available nabe tsuyu (nabe sauce) (a so-called marriage, I guess). I can't count the number of times I have felt that food and white rice go well together! I have had countless occasions when I have felt that food and white rice go well together, but this is the first time that I have felt that sake and food go well together. This was the first time for me to feel that sake and food go well together. Until now, I have been drinking sake with the idea of "getting drunk" in mind, not limited to sake, thinking "well, it's not so bad, it's good for getting drunk.
