Sukiyaki is served as an accompaniment.
It's still warm and soup stocky (and rich in flavor?). It goes well with dishes with warm broth (and strong flavor?).
I think I like this one better than Kyo Hime because it is less sweet. It has a more interesting taste than Kubota.
I feel like every time I drink sake these days, it tastes better and better. I wanted to taste more and more.
When I drank it with oden later, I wondered if there was such a delicious thing in this world...
I don't think it had anything to do with the fact that it wasn't served in a pot...
I guess I enjoy a little bit of time after opening the bottle...
And even more later. I thought it would taste better if I soaked strawberries overnight. I tried it, but the result was a bad taste of bitterness (see photo). I added halfway sweetness to the strawberries, which was not good. Maybe I should add sugar or use another sweet sake?
The fruity taste made it easy to drink.
