出荷数量限定酒夏酒として酒屋さんのお勧めの一つ生原酒の割に味がすっきりしていてフルーティでとても飲みやすい香りはりんご？マスカット？のような爽やかさアルコール分16.8でやや低め

精米歩合60% 吹き出さないように開けるのに15分〜20分ほど所要最初はものすごくドロドロ、シュワシュワ感あるものの飲んでいるうちにそれらが無くなり全く違う味わいに生燗でも味わおうと思っていたのに忘れてそのまま完飲ヨーグルトのような香りとバナナっぽい果実の香りも少し… 【参考】 https://note.com/kiku0609/n/na0cac09f2714
