Zak-Impressions.
Fruitiness like a melon and a refreshing slight carbonation.
I tried it with Italian food and it was perfect!
A fun sake that shows the depth of sake.
Comparison of Kanazawa sake. For me, a beginner, the leftmost one is Tedorigawa! This was the most delicious! It has a sweet and sour taste like a fruit, and a gentle mouthfeel with no aftertaste. This is a bad-ass sake that I am sure I will drink in gulps.
Chikaku". Noto sake. The juicy sweetness of the rice comes first, then fades away. There is no spiciness that comes afterwards. It is very easy to drink.
Hatsikame! Superb taste! It changed my image of Shizuoka sake! It is a nice, sweet and delicious sake! The commercial price is 15,000 yen per square meter! That's a lot of money!
Maka! Delicious! Sake from Aichi! It came out at a celebration party and I got just one glass. Mellow, sweet and slightly carbonated, it was like champagne!
I had no idea there was such a delicious sake that tastes like fruit juice! It tastes so fruity and delicious that it's hard to believe it's made from rice and koji alone.
Juicy and sweet like a banana. As one would expect from a sake that has won awards in France. I think this type of sake is easy to drink and is popular with all people, and I also like this type of sake. The price was 1,000 yen per 1 gou of sake.
At the ANA suite lounge.
First tasting of Laughing Four Seasons Sensation White.
Wine-like aroma. Refreshing like muscat. This is delicious. Drunk before leaving Japan. I am happy.
I am happy to be born in Japan where I can drink such delicious sake. This is Calpis for adults. This is the kind of sake that makes you want to drink the whole bottle.
This sake was given to me as a souvenir from a conference in Asahikawa. It is sweet at first, then dry. It is such a sake. It seems to go well with Genghis Khan in Asahikawa.
At a quick glance, "Yamato Shizuku" has a fun label that looks like hieroglyphs. It was a delicious sake with a gorgeous aroma of concentrated rice flavor, followed by a tight koji richness that lingered in the throat.
Kukheiji. First experience. This was a superb sake. After the sweet and juicy fruity taste, which was hard to believe it was rice, the sake went right into your body. It was the kind of sake that I would like to drink only for a few minutes.
