Shote Shibori
Junmai Ginjo-shu made with new rice harvested this year
there is a sweetness followed by a refreshing taste
but not dry
Mom went to Tamba to buy it for me.
Looks like calpis.
It's fermented, so it's cloudy with sedimentation at first.
It's not that sweet, and it's not rice-based either.
It's sparkling, so it's a soft sake.
It is not sweeter than Mio.
Mr. Omu bought it as a souvenir.
