Lunchtime drinking at my favorite izakaya. Today, there were two kinds of sake in the bar: Kamizo and Hanamup, so I tried Hanamup for the first time! The moment you take a sip, the gorgeous aroma and sweetness spreads lightly and disappears smoothly. I knew popular sake was good!

I finally got to drink the Akabu! So this is the rumored Akabu! I was expecting a sweeter sake, so I was a little surprised at how sharp it was, with a solid gasiness and a pear-like aftertaste 🤔Yum! The aroma on the nose and the pear-like aftertaste 🤔 delicious 😋.

Sake given to me by a colleague! Aroma is fresh, easy to drink and sweet? I guess it's a sweet sake! Still, it has a strong alcohol taste with a clean and crisp aftertaste! Delicious! It's the first time I've received sake from someone since I got into sake, but it makes me very happy 😋.
