This time last year, my sake life started with this sake, Tetorigawa Winter Junmai.
It's delicious, the kind of sake where the flavor comes in softly and then quickly wears off, and is easy to enjoy.
A four-pack bottle of this sake costs about 1,500 yen.
The best in terms of cost performance.
I applaud it!
Well, this year has been one in which I feel like I've traveled all over the country, drinking and drinking, being addicted to sake.
Next year, I hope to continue to meet many different kinds of sake, in moderation!
