Next is Maihime and Suiryu. This is the blue bottle of the "Princess Time" series by Deputy Toji Kobayashi. I guess you could call it a casual type. It is a cool and beautiful sake when the weather is still hot! I couldn't tell if it was an assemblage of Omachi and Miyamanishiki or Kakemai x Kojimai 😂.

Next up was Maihime and Suirou, the first one here. It is a limited edition blended ginjo sake, and the first glass of this sake was very sharp and went right through my mouth 😀 Good mouthfeel!

This was the second year in a row that I participated in this event, and since it has been a long-standing event, the organizers and participants were very familiar with the event and the parade with the woodcarving songs, etc. It was fun!

Just one from the 7th Shinshu Sake and Brewery Party on Friday, October 3. We had a variety of sake, but this was a particularly great and beautiful sake! I heard that Jizakeya Miyajima will start handling it from this season, so it will be easier to buy.
After the "Nadya Dai Nihon Sake Kai" in Funabori, we went to bar blancy in Kameido. I heard that Miyamanishiki is getting more and more difficult to make due to the heat, but I'm glad to hear that they still managed to make it into a delicious sake.

The last one is Takizawa! Fruity and umami come alternately! Delicious 😍.
