Here is the second cup. It's been a long time since I've had a Tenbi, but this is my first spicy Tenbi. Just like its name, it is refreshing and easy to drink. It seems to have maintained its reputation even after Mr. Fujioka's retirement as toji (chief brewer), which is understandable!
I've been working late and drinking late, but I'm going to enjoy the afterglow of the previous weekend with a bottle of Gokotsuru unfiltered unpasteurized sake from the barrel 🍶🎵.

I also stopped by Shimosuwa before Suwa Gokura 😅 I bought some KEG, but I also enjoyed tasting the casks of sake. The fresh sake at the brewery store was fantastic!

Suwa Gokura Kamisuwa Highway Machiaruki Drinking Walk", I went again this year. The last one is here. It is a very lively hidden sake, and it might have been good to drink it first. I would also like to have a side dish of this sake.
