Next is Maihime and Suiryu. This is the blue bottle of the "Princess Time" series by Deputy Toji Kobayashi. I guess you could call it a casual type. It is a cool and beautiful sake when the weather is still hot! I couldn't tell if it was an assemblage of Omachi and Miyamanishiki or Kakemai x Kojimai 😂.

Next up was Maihime and Suirou, the first one here. It is a limited edition blended ginjo sake, and the first glass of this sake was very sharp and went right through my mouth 😀 Good mouthfeel!

The last one is Takizawa! Fruity and umami come alternately! Delicious 😍.

Next up was the Wadaryu Hiyoroshi. The aroma is restrained and the taste is actually junmai ginjo, and the true essence of President Sumio can be found in hiyaoroshi. A delicious sake!
