The moment it is opened, it has a sweet aroma. Fruity but robust sake flavor in the mouth. Delicious!

A gift from my wife. It is an orthodox type of sake. I drank it cold, but it might be better warmed.

P.S.) I drank it warmed today. I think I prefer it heated. Is it my imagination that I thought it was similar to the Tamasakura I drank the other day? It is an easy to drink sake. 👍

First of all, the aroma is good. Very fruity. Sweet and easy to drink. This is the type of thing that will fool you! 😄 The thick fried tofu with colander tofu is also delicious!

I was told that it is recommended to be heated, so I had it heated as recommended. I was surprised. You can taste the rice flavor. It's not as orthodox as you'd think, but it's very easy to drink. The motsu-nikomi is delicious!

P.S.) The taste of rice is like the taste of chewing raw rice, not in the sense that it tastes bad, but in the sense that it's unique and unique in a way that I've never tasted before. This is why I can't stop drinking sake... 😅 I want to drink it again sometime.

Borrowed alcohol from my wife's parents' house where it had been lying dormant. 😅 It's almost like an orthodox sake, but sweet on the palate with a gentle aftertaste. Today's dinner was Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd soup with red bean paste, but I think it goes better with Japanese food. I wanted to try it with sashimi. I drank it heated today, but next time I'll drink it cold!

When you open the cork, it has a sweet aroma. When I drank it, it was sweet. It is very mild and thick. I would recommend it to those who don't like sake and those who like sweet sake.

The taste makes me wonder if this is what dry sake is like, as I have not been able to determine what dry sake is. It is what is called orthodox sake. Personally, it made me realize once again that I prefer the clean and clear style of sake.

As characterized, it has a sour but clean, fruity taste. It also has a fizzy taste. Easy to pair with food. Delicious!
