Borrowed alcohol from my wife's parents' house where it had been lying dormant. 😅
It's almost like an orthodox sake, but sweet on the palate with a gentle aftertaste.
Today's dinner was Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd soup with red bean paste, but I think it goes better with Japanese food. I wanted to try it with sashimi. I drank it heated today, but next time I'll drink it cold!
