Comparison of Muromachi, Edo and present day drinking
Muromachi is sweeter and becomes more refreshing as it becomes more present day.
I think Muromachi is the sweetest and easiest to drink.
The taste is totally different and strange.

We landed on Oki Island.

A regular ferry takes two and a half hours.

The first time I went to the brewery, I was able to buy a Kinjaku.
I was so excited that I bought an acrylic square as well.
Usually, I mainly buy junmai (pure rice).
but I bought it because I was a meeja.
It is easy to drink.

It takes an hour and a half to drive one way and it is only available on weekdays, but if I have a chance, I would like to go there to buy it.

The label gives it a high-class look, but is it surprisingly reasonable?
It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, so the sweetness can be felt well.
I felt it has a Hououmida-like taste.
For some reason, it has an image of strawberries. Tochigi.
I recommend drinking it by itself rather than with a meal.

When I opened the bottle, the crown hit the ceiling.
It is the most vigorous one I have ever had.
I like Shinmasa, so when I heard it was No. 6, I couldn't help but want to drink it, so I went to the store to look for it.
The first sip had a cool feeling like that of a rummy, with a slight carbonation and a dry feeling at the end.
I felt it was good on its own or with a meal.
Usually 500 mm would run out in the same day, so I decided to make the first and last sips and let it sit for one more day. I am looking forward to tomorrow.
