I found a rare Hanamup in a four-pack bottle at my favorite store, I purchased it immediately. It is hard to describe its full-bodied sweetness, but it is a high-cost sake, It goes well with food and can be enjoyed on its own. Great taste!

Toyo Bijin is a low-priced summer-only sake. I found it in the refrigerator of a nearby supermarket. It has a sweetness that is typical of Toyo Bijin, and you can enjoy it while sipping. However, it is not as good as the most popular one.

It is a waste if you drink it in the same way that makgeolli goes with barbecued meat, 𓃗 sake. This one has a finer taste than Senkin-san's Kabutatushi or Stag Beetle, or rather, it is carbonated. It is an expensive sake, but I would like to drink it again. We brought it to the store.

Even rice wine tastes different depending on the rice used, It's obvious, but I can finally understand. It is a flashy red comet. The color is clear and the taste is refreshing. Not only is it a hot topic, but it tastes good, too. I want to drink it again when I reach the age of 60.

I met the Seven Gods of Sake. The first one is a collaboration with Sansho Banana-like aroma Fruity! 13 degrees alcohol, I feel like I can drink as much as I want! Number one this year, happy! I will drink it patiently, chibi chibi.

I bought the jackets with a label I'd never seen on Kuheiji. I always thought it was a little less sweet than Kuheiji. I think it goes well with food. It smelled like melon after a day. Alcohol 15%.

I bought it myself as a souvenir from Hokkaido. As soon as I got back home, I opened the bottle straight away. It's delicious! It's perfect as a food wine. Not too assertive. It won the gold medal at the Hokkaido Sake Awards in 2025.

We landed on Oki Island. It takes one hour from the mainland by Rainbow Jet. A regular ferry takes two and a half hours. We will have the best part of the trip, local sake. There is no reason why it should not go well with fresh seafood dishes.

The first time I went to the brewery, I was able to buy a Kinjaku. I was so excited that I bought an acrylic square as well. Usually, I mainly buy junmai (pure rice). but I bought it because I was a meeja. It is easy to drink. It has an indescribable sweetness, but it is refreshing. It takes an hour and a half to drive one way and it is only available on weekdays, but if I have a chance, I would like to go there to buy it.

It's the best sake. It is my favorite. It was worth the trip to the brewery to buy it. I bought both daiginjo and junmai daiginjo, The Junmai Daiginjo is delicious. Even non-drinkers can drink it. It is the best. Usually drinking 2 gou is enough, but I found myself drinking 3 gou. There are drinks that can be drunk endlessly.

I received it for the first time in a year. It has a chrysanthemum-like character. I recommend drinking it chilled. It may be less sweet than other chrysanthemums. Personally, I didn't like this year's one so much.

It may be my favorite of all the Tasake. It is not those Junmai Ginjo. It's good with food, and it will take you anywhere on its own, cold. And tomorrow, I should have no hangover. I hope to encounter it again. Good thing the label is fashionable.

The label gives it a high-class look, but is it surprisingly reasonable? It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, so the sweetness can be felt well. I felt it has a Hououmida-like taste. For some reason, it has an image of strawberries. Tochigi. I recommend drinking it by itself rather than with a meal.

When I opened the bottle, the crown hit the ceiling. It is the most vigorous one I have ever had. I like Shinmasa, so when I heard it was No. 6, I couldn't help but want to drink it, so I went to the store to look for it. The first sip had a cool feeling like that of a rummy, with a slight carbonation and a dry feeling at the end. I felt it was good on its own or with a meal. Usually 500 mm would run out in the same day, so I decided to make the first and last sips and let it sit for one more day. I am looking forward to tomorrow.
