Yuki no Bijin
I have always wanted to drink this famous sake brewed by Shiki Brewery.
I wanted to drink it someday.
It is a sake to be paired with fish.
It has the usual slight fizzy feeling that makes the lid fly off.
It's slushy on its own.
It feels like a stable of cold chrysanthemum.
Even if you drink it with your eyes closed, you can tell it is Kangiku.
It is good!
I've been a little unimpressed with Kangiku lately,
BlueSapphire is a very, very tasty sake, full of what I consider to be Kangiku's character.

I purchased it immediately.

Toyo Bijin is a low-priced summer-only sake.
I found it in the refrigerator of a nearby supermarket.

Comparison of Muromachi, Edo and present day drinking
Muromachi is sweeter and becomes more refreshing as it becomes more present day.
I think Muromachi is the sweetest and easiest to drink.
The taste is totally different and strange.
We landed on Oki Island.
It takes one hour from the mainland by Rainbow Jet.
A regular ferry takes two and a half hours.
We will have the best part of the trip, local sake.
There is no reason why it should not go well with fresh seafood dishes.
The first time I went to the brewery, I was able to buy a Kinjaku.
I was so excited that I bought an acrylic square as well.
Usually, I mainly buy junmai (pure rice).
but I bought it because I was a meeja.
It is easy to drink.
It has an indescribable sweetness, but it is refreshing.
It takes an hour and a half to drive one way and it is only available on weekdays, but if I have a chance, I would like to go there to buy it.
