The first one of the New Year is Katsikoma, which I got in Oita Prefecture on January 2. I think this is a national sake. It has an exquisite balance that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it. For those who don't drink sake, it seems to be just like Japanese sake, For those who like it, there is no limit to the amount of sake they can drink. It is a good beginning of the new year.

A liquor store in Fukuyama called Liquor Shop Yasuda brewed this sake at their brewery, The sake was brewed by a brewery in Fukuyama called Liquor Shop Yasuda. The name comes from the fact that the brewer's body feels like steel. the brewer's body feels like steel. I think it is easy to match with any kind of food, It is a sake that people who don't drink sake may not like.

SENKYO Sparkling 2,200 yen Second fermentation in bottle, so if you don't drink it within 3 months, it will explode? It is insanely delicious. It goes well with food and is a high-cost sake. The alcohol content is 13 degrees, but It is cool and refreshing like a rum and you can gobble it up. Just be careful when you open it for the first time. It's just that energetic!
