★★★★★ JPY2,980 (720ml) Rice: Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio 40%. Alcohol content 16%. The quintessential King of Sake! The elegant aroma wafts from the glass, with a good amount of ginjo aroma and a hint of fruit. When you put it in your mouth, the smooth flavor and the acidity are well expressed, and it disappears beautifully!

★★★★★ JPY1,980 (720ml) Junmai Ginjo in a wooden barrel Alcohol content 15 degrees Polishing ratio 55 Raw rice: Miyamanishiki The aroma, acidity, and refreshing taste of the wood barrel brewing process. It has a well-balanced mature taste with grape-like fruit flavors and is easy to drink! According to the brewer, the Colors series is a "fixed point observation" sake that expresses the basic taste of Shinsei. The Australian gentleman next to me at the counter of the famous restaurant "Eiraku Shokudo" in front of Akita Station recommended me to try the Shinsei, and I was immediately captivated by it. Before I left Akita, I bought a bottle at the brewery on the outskirts of downtown Kawasan in Akita City.

★★★★★ ¥1950 100% Miyamanishiki Alcohol content 16%. Rice polishing ratio 48%. This is my first Hanayoake. Does it have the pineapple flavor that everyone is talking about? The sourness is exquisite in the sweetness! I'd rather taste the sake itself than with a meal.

★★★★★ 2200Yen 720ml Precious sake, 4-stage brewing 13% alcohol by volume Light and bubbly A light and refreshing sake. This sake is made with twice as much effort as Junmai Daiginjo. The aftertaste without feeling the alcohol is wonderful. I can understand why the owner of the shop in Yonezawa where I bought it recommended it!
