The Australian gentleman next to me at the counter of the famous restaurant "Eiraku Shokudo" in front of Akita Station recommended me to try the Shinsei, and I was immediately captivated by it. Before I left Akita, I bought a bottle at the brewery on the outskirts of downtown Kawasan in Akita City.
