It's been a long time since I have had a new policy, and a long time since I have had a No. 6.
I had a chance to buy it this time, too.
It is delicious. The low alcohol content may be one of the reasons, but the freshness of this unpasteurized sake stands out from other Shinmasa.
It has a sweetness that is not at all cloying and can be enjoyed as a mealtime sake.
I look forward to having another chance to try it again.
