Brewer's description Junmai Daiginjyo "Nama Genjyu" All Yamada-Nishiki 50% Polished Sake will be on sale at the Spring Grand Thanksgiving Festival. (Limited time only, until May 9) All of the "Yamada-Nishiki" sake rice, which has been lavishly polished to 50% of the unpolished rice, is used to brew this sake slowly at a low temperature. This gorgeous and crisp Junmai Daiginjo-shu is bottled "unadulterated" without heat treatment or addition of water.

Brewer's description Jungin Unfiltered Nama Sake Rice used: Hitogokochi from Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 59 Sake degree +2 Acidity 1.6 Alcohol percentage 17 Capacity 1800ml / 720ml Price: 2600 yen / 1500 yen Remarks This sake combines the rich flavor of rice with a pleasant ginjo aroma and a fresh acidity. This sake can be said to be the origin of Saku-no-Hana.
