If you like Shinsei, you will definitely like this flavor. It is easy to drink because it is low in alcohol (12 degrees) and sweet with a sour taste. It is sweet, but not too sweet and has a nice aftertaste.
I'd buy the Shin Takachiyo series again!
@Suzuki Shuhan
Finally drank the Number Eight, a tribute to Shinsei No. 6! Surprised it exceeded my expectations!
The aroma and taste are fruity, but not too sweet and smooth, which I like. It's got a sourness to it that I'd love to have again! When will we see them again?
@Hasegawa Sake Shop
I tried the rumored instrument Masamune and drank it. Queen of Low Al.
It was not too sweet as I expected and was light and easy to drink.
@Isego Honten
Strawberries again this year, I could drink them! It was so sweet and thick that I drank it in no time. I'll definitely drink it again next year!
@Wadaya
(assemblage) that I had bought last year and put down. (assemblage), which I had bought last year and had put aside for a while. Like Senkou, it was refreshing and easy to drink, with a hint of sweetness. It was a dangerous sake that I ended up drinking too much of.
Faintly pear-like fruity aroma. It feels a little swoopy in the throat. It's sweet, but not overly sweet, and yet the aftertaste is so clean! Definitely a repeat! @Kakinuma Sake Shop
It's been almost a year and I forgot to drink it because I cherished it so much. It's delicious and sweet, but not too sweet, and it's easy to drink. I want to drink it again.
@Imadeya
I bought this when I went to Nagasaki last year.
It was supposed to be served at the event (it was canceled at Corona).
It's easy to drink, and good as a food sake. If you like Tanaka Rokugo, you will like it.
@Imazato Sake Sales Shop
I didn't drink it because I didn't want to, Snow Fantasy by Beau Michele. It looks like this year's is about to come out, so I finally opened it.
It's delicious, of course! I think it's a little less sweet than the regular Beaumichel, but it's refreshingly sweet and delicious!
I'll definitely buy it when it comes out again~(^-^)/
@Hasegawa Sake Shop
It's a two-day-only Shinsei 3-kinds drinking contest!
I found it on Instagram and immediately made a reservation to go.
It was really delicious! They all taste like Shinsei, but they're all a little different. I can't choose one!
@ standing bar
I was curious to buy it because the shop's recommendation was that it "disappears easily in the mouth after drinking".
I thought the taste would be light. But when I put it in my mouth, the flavor and sweetness of sake spread out.
And yet! It's strange that the aftertaste disappears so quickly. It was delicious! I want to drink it again.
@Imadeya
It is sweet and gorgeous like a Junmai Daiginjo.
It is fruity and you can feel the juiciness as soon as you put it in your mouth. There is a slight lingering sweetness after drinking, but it doesn't linger in an unpleasant way.
I'd love to try some of their other Kankiku!
@ the local liquor store.
(Hard to see with the backlighting... 💦)
Kinoene Apple, I got it~! A crisp, sour, apple-flavored liquor perfect for summer 🍎.
I want to drink it again!
@Sake no Katsudan
Steady on, Bea Michelle! Love it!
When I bought it, I was told to be careful about opening the bottle, but I was fine. It's really a Calpis soda for adults, sweet and refreshing. I'll drink it again next year!
@Hasegawa Sake Shop
Masumi itself is light and easy to drink, but Suzumisake seems to be more light because it is a summer sake (or is it my imagination?). The quantity is just right. The quantity is also just right.
