During the trip, we visited the Asahi Shuzo brewery and got a bottle of Otter Blue, which is sold exclusively in Yamaguchi Prefecture😊.
It was brewed at the Otters BLUE New York brewery, the first sake brewery outside of Japan built in Hyde Park, New York, and reimported.
It uses a blend of Yamadanishiki grown in the U.S. and Yamadanishiki from Japan.
