⭐⭐⭐⭐ Miyoshi" by Abu-no-Tsuru Shuzo, Yamaguchi Prefecture, which I drank in early summer. I couldn't get the green one, so this time it was black. Sweet, fruity, easy to drink. But not light. Sourness and bitterness are not strong and soft. The final taste is moderately bitter and harmonizes well. The Hara Brewery is a rare sake brewery located in the basement of a condominium in Hiroshima City. I had heard that they only ship a few bottles and was hoping to run into them someday 👀 I discovered them when I was making the rounds of supermarkets looking for rice. Gorgeous apple-like aroma 🍎. It's dry but easy to drink with a nice mouthfeel. It went well with strong flavored dishes. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sake Brewery in Shobara City, located in the northeast of Hiroshima Prefecture Kitamura Sake Brewery Collaboration with Seo Shoten of Koya Town in the same city. I was attracted by the phrase "Koya limited edition" and bought it. It is rare to find a sake that tastes so much like the label on the back of the bottle. ☺️ Slightly pineapple aroma 🍍. Seems to be the only dry brand of Toyo Bijin. Soft and fruity aroma: ☺️ The mouthfeel is soft, but the dryness is clear, sharp and dry. Not much rice flavor.
