⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kamoizumi brewer came to the store to sell in-store. He said "This is our signature product ❗️ for sure😊" and took it home👍 It's a beautiful golden yellow color because it's not filtered with active carbon. It won the highest gold medal at the 2025 National Heated Sake Contest. The brewer says it is recommended to be warmed to lukewarm. I preferred it cold 😊. Mellow aroma and sweetness, full-bodied brown sugar-like flavor. It has a sharpness, but not too spicy, and is easy to drink without lingering aftertaste.
