⭐⭐⭐⭐. First time to try this sake from the Magami Sake Brewery in Kumano, a small rural town in Hiroshima 🙏. Mellow aroma! Tingling spiciness on the tongue and fruity sweetness at the same time 🎵. Nice sharpness and a clean aftertaste! The sake is +7, but it doesn't seem so spicy, is it because of the high aroma? It's addictive 😊. As the day goes by, it mellows out and you can drink as much as you want 😍💕💕. It was 23:00 when I got home and I was out of sake, so I went to my local Lawson. Since it was 300ml, I tried a sake from a prefecture I've never had 🎵. First Kyoto sake, first "Kyo Hime" 💕. As soon as I opened the bottle, I could smell the sweet aroma. In the mouth, it seems a little hard and crisp. But what is it? It's a flavor I don't like. The flavor of rice can be felt, but it is a mysterious flavor that appears slowly. The flavor quickly fades away.
