落ち酒屋This is a sake from Jigoku Touji, which I purchased before. It has more depth and acidity than the hiyaoroshi sake I had before. It is a good sake to warm up with a meal because it can be served with a meal and a strong flavorful meal. 落ち酒屋I bought it on a trip because I wanted to drink sake made by Touji Jigoku. It is an out-of-season Miyamanishiki hiyaoroshi, but although it has a sweet taste, it is crisp and clean. Even when lukewarm, I drank it at a fast pace because of its gradual flavor.
