I saw a brand I was interested in, so I bought it. I was expecting it to be a sweet and sour sake because of its design, but I was betrayed in a good way. It was a sake-within-a-sake, with a touch of sourness and a fluffy rice flavor, but with a crisp, sharp finish. It was well-balanced and tasty without being overpowering. I drank it over several days, but the first day was the best.
