Visited "Uonuma-no-sato" by Hakkai Brewery during the New Year holidays. As the name suggests, this sake has been laid up in a snow chamber for three years. Three years is six times longer than usual. And the price is about three times the normal price. I am amazed that you took the plunge and bought it! I pat myself on the back. The Hakkaisan flavor is there, but at the same time, it is mellow and rounded. The more time you put into it, the better it tastes.
