Manachie-san was drinking a bottle of special junmai raw Hirotogawa that looked delicious, so I immediately went to Masidaya-san, but they didn't have any Yongo bottles 😭. I thought it would be hard to keep a bottle in the fridge... so I went to a different Hirotogawa 🤭 Junmai Ginjo Nama! Dry but juicy with sweetness. It was gone in no time at all. Thank you very much for the treat!

Last 🕺 of drinks in January Yamahai of Kikuhime was good, so this is the second Yamahai 😆. I asked the proprietress, "Where is this Tabayashi sake from?" I asked the proprietress, "Where is this Tabayashi from?" and she replied, "Denrin...Miyagi." Denrin! 😳Why the sound reading? 👹. Dry sake. It didn't have the same impact as Kikuhime but it was a normal tasty sake 🤔Is Yamahagai high in alcohol? 🤔

Drinks in January I thought 😅I've had enough nigori sake by now, but I got this nigori sake from Miyazumi. 😅I got this nigori sake from Miyazumi😊Nigori sake makes me want to drink normal sake😅. Very healthy 😳I managed to open it without spewing it out, but the second day in the fridge the bottle was empty after the snuff was blown out 🤣It was still very lively even without the cork 😆 It had a dry mouthfeel that I liked a lot 😋.

Drinks in January😊. I went to buy Morishima and instead of buying Morishima, I bought this 🤣 I remembered some video praising Okuharima so... I remember I had heard him praising Okuharima in some video 🤣... I was so excited when the owner said "This is delicious 👍" when I paid the bill 🤭. Carefully opened the bottle so it wouldn't spew out... automatic stirring 😆. The taste of the rice is very dry and crisp 😊. Yum....try a non nigori next time 🕺.

I've been after Kikuhime's Unfiltered Nama-Hai Sake for a while now😊. I don't really know what Yamahai means, but the sake is yellow! 😳I wonder if Yamahai makes it yellow? 🤔 It tastes so dry and delicious! I looked at the label on the back and saw that it has 19% alcohol! 😳I'm convinced. I like "rich and umami"...I like it a lot 👍. It's not the trendiest direction, but it's unique and very tasty 🙏.

I was wondering if I should make amazake since Senkou sakekasu was on sale at the supermarket 😩 but I didn't buy it in the end because it was too much trouble to make it 😅. I wonder if the taste of sakekasu is different? I wonder if there is a difference between Jurokuyo and Shinmasa, Yamadanishiki, Omachi, Aizan and other ingredients. ...I wonder if I can't tell if I sweeten it? 🤣 This is my first Banshu Issen 😊. I was listening to the shopkeeper and the customer talking in the side ear and apparently it's dry, so I bought it 😊. Oh, I see 🤔It's nice and dry👍 I heard that the wife is fine with it, but I might prefer it if it was a little sweeter. I'm selfish 🤭.

After the first three days of the New Year, I went to Megada San, which was open for the first time in the New Year 🦸. I found a bottle of 🐰 bottle of Tasake to buy at least one bottle of zodiac sign 😊It was a bit expensive, but I was in the mood for a happy New Year's purchase 😆. The first time I bought Tasake I didn't think it tasted particularly good, but it's so good 😳It has a good balance of sweet, umami, spicy and bitter...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm (I give up 🤣) The label is cute and tasty and I'm glad I bought it👍I might buy other Tasake too...🤔.

I didn't buy Yamamoto's "Do" last year because I had just started drinking it, so I didn't want to buy a change until later. This year I bought some 😊. It has a strong impact, doesn't it😆. What genre is this? Nigori? I'm not sure 😁. The supernatant was a normal tasty sake 🤔. The lees zone was tart and sour... isn't this dobrok? 🤣 I don't dislike it, and I like this kind of change of pace sometimes, but my wife doesn't like dobrok, so she can't have this 🤭.

The shikishima I had at the izakaya was delicious, so I bought some at Mashidaya San 😆. It was dry, dry and crisp just like the image I had in the store😊I had an image of Shikishima being expensive for some reason (was it a daiginjo?) but this one wasn't expensive and was delicious 👍. This one was not expensive and tasted great👍. I think my family is so steeped in poverty that they would rather have a ginjo than a daiginjo 🤭The wife said "it's like water, not that it doesn't taste good, but I don't like it 😩" after drinking the expensive clear sake that they cut down as much as they could 🤣.

I was crying that I missed out again this year and couldn't buy it 😭 I wonder if the supply has increased? Once you see it, you see it many times 🤭 well, it's good to be able to buy it normally 😆. This is... I wish I could have been there... The rice flavor and dryness is right in the middle of what we like 👍All nigori is good, but this one might be my favorite so far 😋.

Urushiya San mainly sold "Nanamizu", so I bought it for the first time in a year? I bought Nanamizu for the first time in a year 😉. I was troubled by the variety of shichimizu sold there, but I was told about the new sake and bought it 🌅. It's been a while since I've had shichimizu, but it was just plain delicious! I tend to shy away from local sake thinking it will be better later 😆 but when I buy it, it's delicious 😋I need to contribute more to the local community 💪✨.

I wish you all the best and hope to see you again soon! Last time it was Aizan, but this time it was Yamadanishiki🤭. The last one was good, but I prefer Yamadanishiki👍. The downside is that the only place near me that sells it is Kenmoku San 😩. By the way, I couldn't buy Jikin no Nigori 😫 Next year 😭.

My daughter hums the songs she's into forever and I have trouble keeping them in my head 😩In the past, it was "Wooooooooooooooooooooooo" and recently "New Era"...now it's "Chu💋 cute and sorry 😱 I don't know whose song it is, but give me a break 😱. This is the second sake I wanted to try in winter, the Denshogiku from Kangiku 😊I guess the label design is the image of growing Denshogiku, but it's so stylish, like a Christmas town 🤭I forgot what it tastes like 😅Kangiku! I remember thinking it was delicious 😋.
