It was sweet and had a strong flavor.

I drank WHITE but forgot to take a picture of it lol.
I felt it had more sweetness and flavor than WHITE.
Higashitsuru is really delicious.
I went to the brewery and will continue to highly recommend it!

It is a nigori nama sake from Shigemasu.
It was as fruity and sweet as the Kakunoi Yuri-brewed sake that I was so impressed with when I drank it before.

This is a daiginjo from Shigemasu.
I bought it at a liquor store in my neighborhood.
I thought Shigemasu was dry and spicy, but it was fruity, slightly sweet, and very tasty.

First time! It's a寫.
Bought it at New Year's and was looking forward to it!
I opened a bottle together with Tootsuru.
It was my first time drinking it, and it was really good!
Anyway, it was surprisingly melon juice!
But it wasn't too sweet, and it was a nice sweetness that I could keep drinking.
I drank it on two separate days, and on the second day, the melon juice was a little crisp and refreshing.

It is a Daiginjo, but it was delicious with a good sweetness and a strong flavor profile.

First time! This is Kameizumi.
After the sweetness, I felt the sourness and a little bitterness.
I started to drink it cold, but it was better to drink it at room temperature because I could feel the sweetness more strongly.
It is a good sake that does not lose out to strongly seasoned side dishes.

First time! I opened the Tootsuru, a slightly fizzy sake.
It was a bit fizzy for me, but it had a gentle sweetness that was delicious.
I'm looking forward to seeing how the taste changes after tomorrow.

It reminded me of whiskey.
