I'm not good at making raw sake, but this sake has a mild malted rice smell and is very tasty and soft on the palate.
Even though I am not a fan of nama sake, I can totally appreciate it if it is made as gently and mildly as this.
I'm not sure if you can register sake from unregistered breweries, as usual?
This is Shuraku's original sake.
It has a little bit of old age in it, but it's surprisingly tastier than I thought it would be, with no peculiarities. p
A word of caution, as usual.
Please let us register unregistered makers, please 🙇.
It is a sake that you can feel both acidity and umami, but the aftertaste cuts through quickly, so you can drink it smoothly. p
It is a delicious sake.
This sake is very easy to drink with a sweet sake-like flavor.
It is so mellow and has no peculiarities that it is hard to believe that it is a sake in a paper pack.
This is also a really delicious sake.
This is also a very elegant sake with a slight ginjo aroma for a honjozo level.
However, I feel that a little more sweetness would be better suited for everyday Japanese dining.
I bought it thinking it was okay even though it was out of season, but upon closer inspection, I found it was Junmai Usu-nigori.
It was a raw sake, which I am not very good at.
However, I thought it would be good to drink this kind of sake once in a while.
Can I call it PB in line at Secoma? This sake is easy to drink.
It is an easy-to-drink sake with no unpleasant taste and a clean aftertaste.
In the past, cheap sake was often terrible, but I think this level of sake is perfectly acceptable.
